COACHING PROCESS
INTRODUCTION
Leadership Coach and the Leader learn about each others experience. Understand coaching process, confidentiality, Sponsor involvement, Data collection requirements.
ASSESSMENTS
Frame possible issues and hypothesis about the leader’s context. Undertake assessments and collect data required from stakeholders. Identify Development needs and performance needs.
DESIGN
Set development goals to meet leader’s needs and organization needs. Custom design development plan that include action ideas, resources, and outcomes.
DEVELOPMENT
Provide cognitive, tactical, and emotional support. Adjust development plan as required. Monitor and Evaluate progress and reflect on learning and progress.
CLOSURE
Closure to the coaching program. Facilitate follow-up support as needed.
COACHING PACKAGES
Coaching packages are available for 6, 9, 16, 22 hours of coaching. Coaching can take place one-on-one or in a group setting. Leadership and Executive coaching engagements range from 6 sessions to a year-long intensive development experience.
